Personal Data Protection Policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

2. General Information
The Controller processes personal data in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
- Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection,
- other applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of legal services, operation of the website and communication with visitors and clients.
3. Processing of Personal Data When Visiting the Website
When visiting the website, the following technical data may be automatically recorded:

The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, consisting of ensuring the functionality, security and stability of the website.

If you contact us via the contact form on our website or by e-mail, we may process the following data:

In the course of providing legal services, the Controller may process personal data of clients, their representatives or other data subjects.
Purpose of processing:
- provision of legal services
- compliance with legal obligations
- protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the client
Legal basis:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR
- Article 9(2) GDPR, where special categories of personal data are processed
When providing legal services, the Controller is bound by the duty of confidentiality under the applicable legal regulations.
